Important: Shopnity is a dropshipping platform. Some products are shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility and processes may therefore vary by product and supplier. Always check the product page for any supplier-specific return terms.
1. When Can You Return?
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Eligible for return/replacement. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Change of mind: Returns for “change of mind” may be accepted at Shopnity’s discretion and only if the product is unused, sealed (where applicable), and within the allowed return window specified on the product page. Shipping cost for change-of-mind returns may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
2. Return Timeframes
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items: Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate return/replacement or refund after verification.
General return window: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers should request returns within 5 days from date of delivery for physical products (for defects/damage). (If the product page specifies a longer or shorter window, the product page terms apply.)
3. How to Request a Return

or WhatsApp +91 9202876008 with: order ID, reason, photos/videos showing defect/damage, and preferred resolution (replacement/refund).
Our team or supplier will verify the issue. If return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA/return address.
Pack the item securely and ship per instructions. For items shipped directly by a supplier, returns may need to be sent to the supplier’s return address.
4. Refunds: Timing & Method
Once we receive and verify the returned item (or confirm a valid service failure), refunds for online paid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt & verification of the returned product; however, some payment processors/banks may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. Industry guidance suggests refunds should be processed within a reasonable time (commonly 5–7 working days).

5. COD Orders
For COD orders, cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order or during the verification call. Once a COD order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (This aligns with the cancellation policy posted on our site.)
If a COD order is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery, a refund (if applicable) or reshipment will be handled per the product/supplier policy — any additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items listed as non-returnable on the product page (e.g., perishable goods, personal hygiene items, sealed items where seal is broken) cannot be returned unless defective.
