1. Overview
We provide free shipping on all orders across India.
We ship using trusted logistics partners (examples): DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Amazon Logistics, Shadowfax, and other reliable carriers depending on your location and the product’s origin.
2. Payment & Order Processing
Online paid orders (UPI/cards/netbanking): No verification required. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of successful payment (excluding Sundays & Government holidays), unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: COD orders require order verification via call or WhatsApp message. Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Online paid orders: typically 3–5 business days from shipping date (may vary by product origin & location).
COD orders: typically 5–7 business days from shipping date (may vary by product origin & location).
These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to logistical constraints, remote locations, or force majeure events.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier details. Use the courier’s tracking page for the latest status.
If tracking is not available for a particular item (some suppliers/couriers), we will update you via WhatsApp or email.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate. If courier attempts delivery and fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipment charges may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If the package is delivered damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and order details. We will coordinate with the logistics partner and supplier to resolve the issue.

Per applicable e-commerce rules, we will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them promptly.
